No-bake protein cookie dough

No one can resist raw cookie dough… and with this recipe, the good news is you can indulge and fuel up on protein while you’re at it! Using 2% Neilson cottage cheese, this no-bake cookie dough is nutritious AND delicious. Perfect as a post-workout snack or as a dessert.

Ingredients

1 container (500 g) 2% Neilson cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 serving vanilla protein powder
2 cups almond flour
½ cup chocolate chips

Directions

In a blender, combine Neilson cottage cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the protein powder and almond flour, then add the cottage cheese mixture.
Mix with a spatula, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Place in airtight containers and cool for about an hour. Pssst, you can top with more chocolate chips before storing in the fridge!
Serve with an ice cream scoop, or enjoy with a spoon straight from the container if you feel like it!
