Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) Neilson milk
- 250 g (1/2 container) Neilson light cottage cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) water
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1/2 ripe pear, quartered
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) frozen spinach
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) alfalfa sprouts
- To taste fresh parsley leaves
- To taste fresh coriander leaves
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) wheat germ
- To taste celery salt
Directions
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
