Chocolate Peanut Butter Post-Workout Pudding

Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) Neilson 2% Protein Dairy Beverage
- 1 lb (454 g) low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 125 ml (½ cup) peanut butter
- 60 ml (¼ cup) maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Dark chocolate for garnish
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except for the dark chocolate) in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into small jars and pop them in the freezer for 45 minutes.
- Remove the jars from the freezer.
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour a thin layer to cover each pudding.
- Pop them back in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
- Dig in!
