Hazelnut Spice Smoothie

- 750 mL (3 cups) Neilson milk
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) honey
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) hazelnut butter
- 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon
- 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) ground ginger
- Chopped roasted nuts
- Ground cinnamon
- Chia seeds
- Put all the smoothie ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until you obtain a consistent, foamy mixture.
- Pour into two large glasses and garnish with hazelnuts, cinnamon and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
