Avocado-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (or mango), peeled and sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Neilson organic milk, very cold
  • To taste vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place the banana and avocado in a blender.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla and blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!

Tip:

You can also add blueberries for a different variation.
