Vitamin-Packed Smoothie

Ingredients

500 mL (2 cups)Neilson 1% milk
125 mL (1/2 cup)fresh or frozen pineapple
125 ml (1/2 cup)fresh or frozen mango
125 ml (1/2 cup)fresh or frozen peaches
125 mL (1/2 cup) Neilson 1% cottage cheese
3dried apricots (optional)
30 mL (2 tablespoons)ginger (optional)

Directions

Mix ingredients in a blender until texture is smooth and ingredients are combined.

Pour into a large glass or in a travel container.

Top with fruit and drink with a straw, at home or on the run!
