Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup)Neilson milk
250 g (1/2 container)Neilson light cottage cheese
125 ml (1/2 cup)water
1/2ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
1/2ripe pear, quartered
125 ml (1/2 cup)frozen spinach
60 ml (1/4 cup)alfalfa sprouts
To tastefresh parsley leaves
To tastefresh coriander leaves
30 ml (2 tbsp)wheat germ
To tastecelery salt

Directions

In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.

Serve promptly.
