Avocado-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1ripe banana (or mango), peeled and sliced
2ripe avocados, peeled and diced
500 ml (2 cups)Neilson organic milk, very cold
To tastevanilla extract

Directions

Place the banana (or mango) and avocado in a blender.

Add the milk and vanilla and blend until thick and smooth.

Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
