Berry and Cottage Cheese Smoothie
|500 g (1 lb 1 1/2 oz)||Neilson cottage cheese|
|750 ml (3 cups)||Neilson milk|
|1 L (4 cups)||frozen mixed berries|
|2||ripe bananas, peeled|
|30 ml (2 tbsp)||honey|
|125 ml (1/2 cup)||water|
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend 2 minutes until smooth.
Add 4-6 pitted soft dates, some almond or peanut butter, or any of your favourite fruits to this easy and delicious snack. Try using Saputo ricotta or Dairyland yogurt in place of the cottage cheese.
